Lucy the Elephant Accepts the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge [VIDEO]

With the help of the Margate City Fire Department, Lucy the Elephant accepted the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge!

With Elephant sized amount of water, Lucy was 'more than willing' to participate in a wonderful and hot trending cause.  But for the volunteers and staff, this challenge runs a lot deeper than just pouring ice water over their heads.

In 2012, Lucy ended up losing one of it's volunteers, Diane Riportella, to ALS.  Instead of just joining the National phenomenon, the hard working staff decided to participate in honor of Diane's memory.
