For the fifth straight year, a 'proud' county finds themselves at the bottom of the list....

Congratulations Cumberland County!  Unfortunately, we find our friends at the bottom of a list compiled by he Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and University of Wisconsin.  (Because Wisconsin knows everything there is to know about the Garden State.)

Health concerns such as obesity, diabetes, chronic illness, and teen pregnancy have all made an impact.

According to NBC 40, 'Officials say the economic status and rural setting also factored into the ranking. And with objectives set and new and improved programs and resources in place, officials acknowledge it will take time, but they believe change is on the way.'

Hunterdon county ended up being the most healthy of all the Garden State.
