Justin Bieber Surrenders to Toronto Police [VIDEO]

More legal trouble continues to be Justin Bieber's theme.  This time he's turned himself in to Toronto Police....

Prosecutors in Toronto have charged Justin Bieber with criminal assult for allegedly beating up a limo driver back in December.  The driver was reportedly hit in the back of the head several times while taking Justin and his posse to a hockey game.

We're assuming Justin was the assailant, since he was the one charged.  Justin turned himself in yesterday, and was released.

By the way, a petition on the official White House website to deport Justin Bieber and revoke his green card gained over 100,000 signatures in under a week.  Which means that the White House is supposed to review the petition and issue a response.
