Another Philadelphia Eagle is settling down in South Jersey. Wide Receiver DeVonta Smith reportedly just purchased a newly built but modest home in the Marlton section of Burlington County, New Jersey.

#6 just plunked down more than $750,000 on a 5 bedroom, 4 bath home in Devonforde Estates and it's really pretty. With a reported new $75 million NFL contract, he can afford it.

I dunno how people find this stuff out but I’m nosey so I wanna know, too, lol. So, thank you Bama Pics/Facebook for sleuthing and finding this local celebrity abode.

Bama Pics put the sale price of the home at $624K, but the real estate site redfin.com says it went for $765,000.

The house is pretty much a blank canvas on the inside just waiting for Smith to give the Alabama Crimson Tide alum his personally touch. It's bright throughout with a wide-open concept.

It's the kitchen of my dreams with dark hardwood floors and sleek, light-colored cabinetry. The living spaces have gorgeous chair rails and crown molding.

There's lots of room to hang out inside and out, not to mention a full basement with a huge flat screen TV great for those post-game tape watching sessions.

And don't even get me started on the primary bedroom's walk-in closet. It's massive with endless space for clothing and shoe organization.

Smith's new 3,288 square foot home doesn't have the biggest backyard, but it's pretty and already landscaped, and he's close enough to get invite to neighbor BBQ's.
