Pennsauken, NJ Man Found Guilty of Sexually Assaulting 9-Year-Old
A 76-year-old man from Pennsauken, New Jersey has been convicted of repeatedly sexually assault a child.
Joseph Jackson was arrested in early 2019 accused of assaulting a 9-year-old girl at his home in Pennsauken between the months of April and December in 2018.
Separate incidents involving Jackson and the same child also reportedly occurred somewhere in Riverton, New Jersey in November and December that same year, according to Camden County Prosecutor's Office.
Pennsauken, NJ Man Convicted of Sexually Assaulting 9-Year-Old Girl
Jackson was charged with two counts of second-degree sexual assault involving a victim under the age of 13 and two counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
On Friday, June 28th, following a trial in Camden County Superior Court, a jury of his peers found Jospeh Jackson guilty on all charges.
Jackson is scheduled to be sentenced for his crimes on December 6th, Patch.com reports. There's no word on how much time he'll face spending behind bars.
