Fishing for blue claw crabs is a way of life in South Jersey. So what does it actually look like and what goes on when you are in a crab pot, underwater?

 

My father-in-law was a commercial crabber in Brick, NJ before he moved to the Florida Keys.  I went along with him on quite a few fishing trips and always wondered what it was like, being a crab inside the crab pot.

Well, thanks to this unbelievably awesome video was posted on YouTube by Rich Ryan you get to see exactly what it's like under the water in the back bay off Wildwood!

I have to say, that's pretty cool. It's amazing how WILD nature is and it really is the survival of the fittest.
