How Monopoly Inspired the Reigning Miss New Jersey America

Reigning Miss New Jersey Lindsey Giannini will really be using Atlantic City real estate to her advantage as she rolls along the boardwalk for the annual Show Us Your Shoes parade. She might even pass go and collect $200.

We're hearing the Hammonton native, who earned her Miss NJ crown and secured her place in the 2016 Miss America competition back in June, might adopt a Monopoly theme to show off her state pride during tomorrow's parade.

We're already wondering if her custom shoes, the stars of the parade, will be adorned with dice, motels and hotels, a pewter terrier, or perhaps Monopoly money!

We wish Lindsey the best of luck in her race for the crown when the Miss America competition takes place Sunday night live from Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City. She'll represent NJ well! The Rowan University broadcast major's platform of raising awareness of distracted driving should surely impress the judges.
