Two men were caught on surveillance video earlier this month taking off with a dozen tires from a South Jersey car dealership.

The theft happened at Elkins Chevy on Route 73 in Marlton the night of Saturday, September 7th around 10 p.m., reports 6abc.com.

Video footage captured the two thieves rolling the tires across the property of the dealership and into what looks to be either a Honda Odyssey or Dodge Grand Caravan.

The tires were reportedly stolen off a couple 2020 Chevrolet Suburbans and a Tahoe. In addition, the windows of the cars were busted to remove the wheel locks needed to get the lug nuts off. Evesham Township Police believe the men may not have been after the tires so much as their 22-inch custom chrome black rims.
