This Delaware elementary school's "Hurt Feelings Report" has ticked off quite a few parents. It's probably not the smartest idea to poke fun at 'whiners.'

At first glance, the 'Hurt Feelings Report' looks like a form you would probably pull from a website like Buzzfeed. Instead, it's a sarcastic one-page form that makes fun of kids who whine at school all day.

The form was supposed to be a joke, but looks like someone at Lombardy Elementary School accidentally attached the wrong form to an email, whoops.

The 'Hurt Feelings Report' has spaces to put the "Whiner's Name" and "Type of Whine Used." My favorite part? There's even statements mocking the kids like: "did you require a tissue for tears?" and "I want my mommy."

To see this form in an email was shocking, considering that Delaware is very proactive against bullying. The state even has laws in place for schools to battle all types of bullying. Which is why one parent alerted The News Journal and called it:"completely offensive and mocks children who are bullied in schools."

The Brandywine School District in USA Today's report say that the document is in no way an official form of Lombardy Elementary School or any school in the district.
