To say that this teenager from Bensalem is 'living the dream' this week is an understatement....

Earl Grow has Down Syndrome, but that didn't stop him from scoring 14 points in the last two minutes, and leading his high school basketball team to victory.

It was an emotional night for him, considering he was extremely loyal to his team for four years, and his coach gave him the opportunity to play.  He eventually scored the winning shot, and it was later seen on Sportscenter.

His biggest dreams were still yet to come, as the Philadelphia 76ers gave Earl Grow a call, and asked him to be the newest member of the team.  They held a press conference with him, he signed a contract, and played one-on-one with Evan Turner.

The dream didn't stop there, here's a video courtesy of 6ABC
