Double Shooting in Glassboro, NJ Reportedly Leaves One Man Dead

We're following a story out of Glassboro, New Jersey where one person has reportedly been left dead following a double shooting there.

Gunfire rang out around 1 p.m. Friday afternoon, according to 6abc.com, on Academy Street in Glassboro.

Glassboro Police Department reports there were two victims in the shooting, both men, one of whom was pronounced dead at the scene, possibly a residence as evidenced by images from Chopper 6.

The other man was taken to an area hospital where he reportedly required surgery, but there's no update yet on his condition.

As of approximately 3 p.m. this investigation was still considered 'active' and ongoing by Glassboro PD, but 6abc.com reports that police are classifying this shooting as an 'isolated incident' but have yet to say if or who might be held criminally responsible.
