Deadly Shooting Involving Police At Beachwood Sports Bar

Shots rang out last night at the High Velocity Sports Bar in Beachwood, New Jersey closing a stretch of Route 166 for hours.  One person was shot dead at the restaurant off Atlantic City Boulevard.

The Ocean County Prosecutor's Office confirms a police officer was involved in the shooting but uninjured.  The victim's identity has yet to be released.  Beachwood Police have launched a full investigation.
