A Naked Man + A Bow and Arrow = Stupid Citizen

Some things just add up to being a SoJO Stupid Citizen, and in this case one naked man running around with a bow and arrow (and now he did not think he was cupid) is a good start toward today's stupidity.

Kansas City police the other day responded to a report that a naked man was knocking on a neighbor's door.  Police officers saw the naked man throwing pieces of food to imaginary animals before he went inside a house.

When police came to the door this man was at, he refused to come out, but then shot an arrow out of a window toward the area where the officers were hiding.  Tactical officers surrounded the house for about an hour before the man came outside.  Officers used a taser to subdue him and he was taken to a hospital to be treated
