Controversial New Jersey Bear Hunt

What are your thoughts on the controversial New Jersey Bear Hunt?

This year's bear hunt is coming in as one of the lowest counts in bears in quite a few years. Some blame the unusual weather for lack of bear/hunter activity.

The Department of Environmental Protection says that this year's two day total was 82, which is significantly lower than in years past. The annual bear hunt is used as a control for the population of bears in New Jesey.

The first 3 days are reserved for bow hunters, then guns are allowed the last 3 days.
