South Jersey's favorite fast-food chicken chain is now offering a gluten free bread alternative for those who can't and/or don't eat gluten!

Business Insider says Chick-fil-A has joined the few fast-food restaurants who offer gluten free bread alternatives. Their gluten-free buns are made with quinoa and amaranth and is sweetened by molasses and raisins.

If you want the gluten-free bun, it'll cost you $1.15 but it's worth it if you're like my friend who suffers with celiac disease (gluten allergy). It also appeals to those people who have eliminated gluten from their diet. According to Business Insider, one in five people don't eat gluten.

So, considering those statistics this is a smart move on Chick-fil-A's part, and just offers us another reason to love them.
