Yo, Galloway, NJ! You’re Officially Getting Your Own Wendy’s!

A new Wendy's restaurant is swiftly being built in Galloway, New Jersey, giving residents there another fast food option.

Ah, Wendy's. Frosty's and fries, square hamburgers. It's a vibe.

If you live in or around the Galloway area, perhaps you've noticed the recent construction taking place at the corner of White Horse Pike and Wrangleboro Road.

That's going to be a Wendy's, drive-thru and all.

It'll be right across the road from Wawa, likely giving the convenience store a bit of competition from food standpoint.

New photos show the frame work of the restaurant beginning to take shape in front of the Wells Fargo Bank.

Wendy's being built on that corner comes as quite a surprise to me, especially since there have long been rumors that the chain might be looking at the new Nantucket Plaza further west along White Horse Pike next to CVS.

Plans around that shopping center show space that would be allotted to a fast food restaurant. Perhaps that will end up being a Chick-fil-A.
