An investigation in Cape May County has found that children in a Cape May County school were recorded in a school bathroom.

Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey H. Sutherland and Chief Christopher Leusner of the Middle Township Police Department have announced the arrest of Gregory Mahley, 51, of West Deptford, on additional charges relating to Manufacturing and Possessing Child Pornography.

On September 9th, Mahley was arrested after a Gloucester Township Police Department investigation found mirrors in girls bathroom stalls at Glen Landing Middle School in Gloucester Township. Mahley had done HVAC work at the school and had secretly recorded girls at the school.

Based on information that Mahley had also done work at various schools, an investigation was launched in Cape May County. Just last week Prosecutor Sutherland announced that an investigation whereas the schools "have been thoroughly checked and no mirrors or recording devices have been located."

Now, in a news release posted Thursday evening, Sutherland says the investigation has "discovered Mahley, while working as a contractor at the Cape May County Technical High School, recorded multiple victims in a bathroom. It is believed the incidents occurred on October 15, 2013, March 20, 2014, and April 22, 2014."
