Cops in Mullica Township say a big brawl at a bar over the weekend spilled-out into three of four lanes of Route 30 before one man from Hammonton was arrested.

The wild scene unfolded at about 3:00 early Sunday morning after police received a report of a "large scale fight" outside of the Bus Stop Bar and Nightclub on Route 30.

Police say,

Ptl. Longstreet arrived on scene and found the large group had spilled into three lanes of Route 30 causing a dangerous situation. Ptl. Longstreet acted swiftly and was able to disperse the large group on his own before anyone was hurt.

After the big brawl was broken-up, cops say a smaller fight was happening in the parking lot. According to police, "After some resistance, Ptl. Longstreet was able to place 20-year-old Ivan Vallarta-Sanchez of Hammonton into custody."

Vallarta-Sanchez was charged with assault, resisting arrest, obstruction of justice, consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors, and possession of a false government document. He was released on a summons.

No injuries were reported in the incident.
