Adult, Child Die in Fiery Crash and Rollover in EHT
Two people, an adult and a young child, were killed in a two-car crash around lunchtime on Tuesday in Egg Harbor Township.
The crash happened on English Creek Ave, in the Scullville section of the township, when a 2011 Cadillac CTS and a 2015 Kia Soul hit head-on.The Kia Soul overturned as a result of the impact catching fire with both occupants being trapped in the car and dying on the scene, according to Egg Harbor Township Police.
The area of English Creek Avenue was shut down for approximately six hours while the crash scene was being investigated and cleared. The horrific crash left Egg Harbor Township first reponderers shaken by the scene. The victims identities have not yet been disclosed.
