Strathmere is my choice, but at this stage in the game ANY beach sounds pretty good.

Ice cream on the boardwalk. It doesn't get any more summertime than that. Find a bench, watch the water and enjoy!

Grilling when it's 5 degrees just isn't the same as when it's 80. The smell of a fresh grill is one of my favorite summer smells. There's nothing like a warm summer night with friends and family in the backyard relaxing and throwing back a few.

If you're lucky enough to have a convertible, how great is it to cruise down the Expressway on a nice summer day with the top down? My windows and sunroof will do just fine.

I'll regret writing this when it's 100 in July, but I actually don't mind mowing the lawn. Plus, the smell of freshly cut grass is another awesome summer smell.
