19th Annual Sea Isle Polar Bear Plunge [PHOTOS]

The 19th Annual Sea Isle City Polar Bear Plunge kicked off the “We Are Ready” Sea Isle City tourism campaign for 2013!  Despite rain and some snowflakes, thousands packed the city for the first dip in the Atlantic!  Check out the pics!
