Tragedy struck over the Jersey shore weekend.
21-year old Samuel Jackson of Lowell, Mass., and Thewinco Caesar, 22, of Darby, Pa. were pulled from the ocean by Atlantic City Beach Patrol lifeguards around 7 pm Saturday.
Apparently, the couple were swimming near a jetty, at a beach that Fire Chief Dennis Brooks called, “one of the most dangerous in the city'” (Press of Atlantic City). The exact location was on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
