According a new study: Taking a Selfie may be unhealthy!  The International Journal of Mental Health and Addiction has just released it's latest findings, and researcher Dr Janarthanan Balakrishnan says:

Typically, those with the condition suffer from a lack of self-confidence and are seeking to 'fit in' with those around them, and may display symptoms similar to other potentially addictive behaviours.

As of now the condition as been confirmed to create dependent, addictive, and obsessive compulsive tendencies. However, the study is going to further research in the hopes to understand more about how and why this is happening and what demographic of people it mainly effects.

In which case, please Selfie in moderation.
