Woman Accuses Justin Bieber of Germie Crime

A Charlotte, North Carolina has a message for pop star Justin Bieber--Keep your spit to yourself.

Colette Harrington says she was working out Tuesday in a Ritz-Carlton Hotel gym in Charlotte, North Carolina, when Justin, his personal trainer, and a backup dancer showed up. She asked Justin for a picture with him, but he refused.

Harrington says Justin and his crew then ridiculed her because she counted out her reps while working out. Harrington says she suspects Bieber spit blue Gatorade into her water bottle, which she later drank out of, not realizing what had happened. She has filed a complaint with the hotel and plans to sell the bottle on eBay to raise money for charity, according to ABC News.

Bieber's camp has neither confirmed or denied this incident.

Justin performed in Charlotte later that night.
