Why Karmin’s New Album is Written in the Stars [VIDEO]

The duo Karmin was inspired by the heavens in making music for their new album Leo Rising.

We recently spoke with Nick and Amy, and they told us they relied on the 12 signs of the astrological calendar to write songs for Leo Rising. Each of the 12 tracks will be representative of each sign in some way. We think that's a pretty cool approach, as every sign has it's own distinctive traits.

Amy herself is a Leo, and she is indeed quite the lioness.
