Where Is The Best Locally Owned Coffee Shop?

I'm trying to find the one coffee shop in South Jersey that has that it factor.  That one South Jersey coffee shop that has the best relaxing-cool atmosphere. Where is it?

Let me also say that Starbucks and/or Dunkin Donuts doesn't count!  Although, they do have decent coffee and a good atmosphere, we are looking for locally owned shops in South Jersey.
