What is Up With This $5 Bill?

What's up with this $5 bill? It looks a little off to me...

When I got change back from the liquor store, this $5 bill was in my change.  I immediately noticed that it looked different than other $5 bills, and then I saw it was from 1953!

Should I spent it, or keep it? Is it worth more than $5?
