The ends of a loaf of bread. What do you do with them?Throw them out? Save them for toast? Use them just like the rest of the loaf?

Some consider "the ends" as a lesser part of the loaf, but I disagree. They may not be as soft as the inner slices, but they pack more flavor. Pass them to me please, if you aren't going to eat them!
