What Are the Rules of the South Jersey Beach?

Beach access and general beach rules are always a fun topic of conversation.  We all know the 'general' rules (not littering), but what SHOULD be a rule on a South Jersey beach?  We have a few suggestions:

Thou shall not throw your sandwich crust on me?

Feed the seagulls 10 ft from me?

How about your music?

How about your metal detector? Could you not point it toward my "you know what"?
