Two Motorcyclists Injured in Accident With SUV in Vineland, NJ
Two people on a motorcycle were injured in an accident involving an SUV in Vineland Saturday morning.
At around 9:45 AM, Vineland police officers were called to the busy intersection of Delsea Drive and West Landis Avenue.
Authorities say a preliminary investigation showed a 2006 Honda CBR motorcycle being driven by 22-year-old Oryan Soto, with his passenger, 21-year-old Katelynn A. Herscher, both of Vineland, were, "traveling south bound on Delsea Drive at a high rate of speed when a vehicle (2002 Nissan Pathfinder) driven by James Rodriguez, age 54, of Vineland exited the driveway of Denny's Restaurant...".
Soto and Herscher were taken to Cooper University Hospital in Camden where they were listed in stable condition.
A press release did not indicate if Rodriguez was injured in the accident.
Cops continue to investigate the accident and as of late Saturday afternoon, no charges had been filed.
