Two Charged in February Overdose Case of Villas Man

31-year-old Derek Clayton of Cape May County was found dead in a Villas home on Cedardale Road this past Saturday.

NJ.com reports that two men have been charged in connection with Clayton's overdose. Alexander Davis and Louis A. Vasquez are reportedly at fault for distributing the substance that resulted in the fatality. According to NJ.com, the pair could face up to twenty years in prison.

The men were charged with liability in a drug-induced death.
