Toms River Pet Rescue Hosting Puppy Bowl Saturday
Before the Big Game on Sunday, Animal Planet hosts its annual Puppy Bowl. Honestly, sometimes it’s way better than the actual Super Bowl. It has puppies, what more can you want? The All Fur One Pet Rescue and Adoption is following Animal Planet’s lead by hosting their very own Puppy Bowl this Saturday, February 1st.
Located on Hooper Ave in Toms River, has both dogs and cats looking to be adopted. The rescue even has a few litters of puppies that are named in themes like the Saved By The Bell litter, The Office litter, The Princess Bride litter, etc. They currently have about 36 cats/kittens and about 54 dogs/puppies looking for their forever home.
A great time to meet some of these adorable puppies is during their Puppy Bowl, Saturday February 1st. From 12-2 you can see almost 45 puppies compete for the championship title. The rescue center will be converting their puppy play room into a stadium for the bowl game.
These puppies are looking for a loving home so AFO encourages event goers to fill out an adopter application prior to the event. Doors open to pre-approved adopters at 11 AM, the general public will be allowed in at 12 PM. They will be providing light refreshments and snacks.
All ages are welcomed to the AFO Puppy Bowl, however kids under 13 must sit next to their parent/guardian or on their lap during their time in the stadium.
