Home gyms can be more convenient and you can spend your workout in a more comfortable atmosphere and workout practically whenever you want. I have a treadmill and a set of weights in my basement that I use everyday. I  love being able to roll out of bed first thing in the morning and go right into my basement to start my daily workout.

If you happen to be in the market for a home gym or workout equipment, Tilton Fitness is again getting ready to auction off their equipment next month. The gym equipment was used in all seven Tilton Fitness locations, according to the Press of Atlantic City.

The chain of Tilton Fitness Centers closed on July 1st due to the COVID-19 pandemic. South Jersey locations included Northfield and Galloway Township. Tilton Fitness had over 20,000 members.

The online auction will take place on the website Auction Advisors.com for Tilton's gym equipment will take place starting November 5th through November 7th. You must register online first to be a part of the auction.
