The highest grossing actor in all time is "The Baddest Dude in Hollywood"! 

You could obviously think of Leonardo DiCaprio ($72 million in 2010 - highest earner of the year), Tom Hanks (resume speaks for itself), or even Johnny Depp (the Pirates movies) for this Guinness Book of World Records honor, but Samuel L. Jackson takes this honor having grossed over $7.4 billion over his 35+ year career that has included the "Star Wars" prequels, "Iron Man", "Pulp Fiction" (earned an Oscar nomination for portraying Jules), "Jurassic Park", "Die Hard With A Vengeance", and the recently completed "The Avengers" just to name a few of his 100+ films he has been in.
