In the Dr. Seuss classic, the Grinch stole Christmas in a town called Whoville.  In Philadelphia, the Grinch got a dose of some Philly medicine.  He probably should have just stuck with 'Whoville'.

Philadelphia police arrested their version of the Grinch -- two people who were stealing outdoor Christmas decorations from residents.

Authorities released surveillance video - complete with cartoon images from Dr. Seuss' "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" - of two people taking decorations from the house about 2:15 in the morning.

Police arrested 45-year-old Marie Amari at her nearby home and found the stolen decorations inside. She is charged with theft and related offenses. Police are still looking for the second suspect.
