There are 11 inflatable obstacles along our Insane Inflatable 5k. These are a few of the most challenging.

Our upcoming Insane Inflatable 5k in Medford will be my fifth. Now that I consider myself officially a veteran, here are my tips for tackling this obstacle course yourself.

A little wet weather didn't put a damper on our Insane Inflatable 5K participants today. Despite the soggy grounds hundreds of runners conquered the slippery obstacles, sliding through puddles and splashing their way through the course.

Hundreds of participants conquered the Insane Inflatable 5K obstacle course on Saturday. Hopefully you had as much fun as we did climbing, bouncing and running through the race!

Despite the high temperatures and humidity, thousands turned out to take on the new obstacles at the Insane Inflatable 5K. People from all over the country, from 'superheros' to 'princesses', ran, jumped, and bounced their way through the course.

The insanity is almost here! The Insane Inflatable 5K is coming back to South Jersey, Saturday, August 27 at Glenn By the Bay Park in Galloway, with brand new INSANE inflatables.
