The Barnegat man behind the wheel in a single car crash that claimed the life of his passenger last month in Stafford Township has now been charged with Aggravated Manslaughter and Strict Liability Vehicular Homicide.

New details have been released by the Ocean County Prosecutor regarding the fatal Porsche accident in Toms River on November 10 that killed the driver and his passenger.
