Spend Halloween Morning Parading With The Animals At Mays Landing, NJ’s Funny Farm
Halloween is less than one week away!
This time next Sunday, you'll be gearing up to head out with the kids and hit up the neighborhood for all the candy they can get. Before you trick-or-treat, though, you can take the kids to where they really belong - the Funny Farm in Mays Landing. Funny Farm Animal Rescue's Laurie Zaleski shared the news to Facebook over the weekend that they'll be hosting their Halloween Parade on Halloween morning.
The parade is set to kick off at noon on Sunday, October 31st at the farm and Laurie promised to have another amazing costume this year. Speaking of costumes, anyone who comes dressed in theirs will automatically be treated to a free hayride after the parade wraps.
It's Halloween, so you can obviously expect some candy to leave with. However, the folks at Funny Farm are asking that you keep those treats for yourself. Don't feed any to the animals!
If you'd like to be a part of Funny Farm's 2021 Halloween parade, you're asked to arrive to the farm and get in line by 11:45 so the live video stream can start promptly at 12p.
Also, note that there's no cost for entry. Donations, however, are always appreciated. If you're interested in giving back to the farm, they've shared some items to their Facebook page that they're in need of including cat litter, paper towels, and pet store gift cars.
