Shoplifter Steals Rogaine From a Local CVS

This hair raising incident has cops looking for shoplifter on the run!

With a head of hair intact, our stupid citizen today had the urge to shoplift multiple boxes of Rogaine from a CVS in Marlton on Route 73.

Why the Rogaine? We have no idea.  Perhaps he's putting together his own service on a local boardwalk, and rubbing the product on bald men.  Regardless, he's on the run, and police need your help finding him.
