Officials have announced new DNA evidence linking this notorious serial killer to the Klinksy murder of 1965 in Monmouth County.

After fifty years of mystery, the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office have learned who is responsible for Mary Agnes Klinksy's murder in 1965. The culprit: Notorious New Jersey Serial Killer Robert Zarinsky.

In 1965, Mary Agnes Klinksy's body was found near Telegraph Hill Park in Holmdel Township around Exit 116 on the Garden State Parkway. According to reports, Klinsky was raped and beaten to death.

Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office worked with New Jersey State Police Major Crime to re-examine the evidence finally solving the reopened case.

Unfortunately, Zarinky died back in 2008. But, if he was alive he would be charged with homicide and sexual assault. According to USA Today, Klinsky was Zarinsky's first victim.

Another interesting fact is that this is the oldest homicide case the  Monmouth County Prosector's Office have ever solved. At this point in time, they are now investigating other cold cases similar to this one to see if Zarinsky is possibly tied to them.
