Popular Mays Landing Restaurant Closes and is Already Demolished

Within the past three weeks, not only has a popular Mays Landing restaurant closed its doors, but the building has already been demolished.

But, unlike many restaurant stories that end on a sad note, this one is much brighter.

The McDonald's near the intersection of Routes 40 and 50 in downtown Mays Landing has closed, the old building has been completely torn down, and workers are already working on building a new restaurant.

There's no official word on when this McDonald's will reopen, but we can speculate that at the rate the old building was torn down, Big Macs and french fries will be flowing out of downtown Mays Landing again within a matter of months.
