Authorities are investigating after a leg washed up along Delaware River in National Park, NJ on Sunday.
A woman was taking her dog for a walk when she came across the severed leg on the shore.

Authorities describe it as as the "lower part" of the leg from the knee down "with the foot attached." There were no cloths or marks on the leg, or other body parts around.

The leg is currently at the Gloucester County Medical Examiner's office to sample DNA and potentially identify the victim. In the meantime, West Deptford PD and Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office are investigating.
