20-Year-Old Man Fatally Stabbed in Wildwood, NJ, Suspect Under Arrest
A stabbing in Wildwood, New Jersey over the weekend left a 20-year-old man dead and an 18-year-old charged with murder.
The incident reportedly took place shortly after 2 a.m. Sunday on the 300 block E. Magnolia Avenue in Wildwood.
According to Cape May County Prosecutor's Office, two groups of people got into an argument in front of a home. The argument reportedly turned physical and three people were stabbed.
Wildwood Police were called and officers arrived on the scene where they found 20-year-old Kaiden Braithwaite, of Cliffwood, NJ, dead. He had been the victim of multiple stab wounds.
An investigation led the police to 18-year-old DaJohn L. Taylor, of Heightstown, NJ.
On Monday, Taylor turned himself into authorities in Wildwood, according to the prosecutor's office. He now faces numerous charges, the most serious being First Degree Murder in the death of Kaiden Braithwaite, and Attempted Homicide for stabbing two other victims. Taylor reportedly faces 30 years to life in state prison if convicted.
