Local Talent Set to Audition for The Voice [AUDIO/VIDEO]

South Jersey singer/songwriter Danielle Mayo has landed a prize audition with producers of NBC's The Voice. I recently spoke with Danielle (whom I worked alongside a few years ago) about her possibly life-changing endeavor.

When I met Danielle, she was a beautiful and bubbly addition to the promotions crew of a Jersey Shore-based radio station I was on. I had no idea Danielle was humbly keeping a secret--her amazing musical talent. The Galloway, N.J. native is now pursuing her dreams of singing professionally. That journey will take her to New York City on February 19th when Danielle officially auditions for season 5 of the breakout NBC talent competition The Voice.
