'You should have driven straight home.'

I'm hoping that's what this man was saying to himself when he realized that he was missing 6,500 dollars inside Pizza Hut on South Main Rd in Vineland.

Who takes that kind of money inside a Pizza Hut anyways? He later called the cops and informed them that the money slipped out of his pocket.  But NBC 40 reported somewhat good news for our hero, someone found it and kept it:

Police say they were able to track down the suspect, a 33-year-old Millville woman.

According to authorities, the suspect told police she intended to return the money on Thursday, however when the money was confiscated, it totaled only $6,090.

She was charged for theft of lost or mislaid property and released on a summons.
