By now, you've seen this Dover Police Officer all over the news. 

Officer Jeff Davis decided to take full advantage of his dash cam, and make his own lip-sync rendition of Taylor Swift's 'Shake it Off'.  But the message Officer Davis was trying to convey was a lot more than just lip syncing.
