All's well that ends well! Liam Payne revealed just how he reconciled with Justin Bieber after the "Sorry" singer initiated a feud with One Direction back in 2015.

If you don't remember, Bieber and 1D both released their albums, Purpose and Made in the A.M., on the same date, November 13, 2015. The two fandoms were at war to see who would come out on top, Bieber ended up outselling the five-piece group.

The 25-year-old posted a photo on Snapchat of him with an overly exaggerated frightened look on his face along with the caption, "This is the face you make when you come out with an album on the same day as Justin Bieber."

"Me and Justin had a really long chat once in his trailer," the "Strip That Down" singer divulged to The Mirror Online. "There had been One Direction and Justin Bieber beef at the time," he continued. "I went in to say to him: ‘It’s all good. You don’t need to do whatever.' And then we had a really long chat, and he’s a really nice kid."

There may not be competition between the Biebs and 1D anymore, however, Payne expressed that there is competition between the five former members.

"There's definitely some sort of competition there, for sure," he said. "But at the same time, how do you judge us against each other when everything's so different? It's like trying to put me next to an artist that's like John Mayer at the same time. The songs are completely worlds apart."
