Incredible Footage of New York City Building Explosion, 16 Injured [VIDEO]

An alleged gas leak sparked an explosion that rocked an Upper Manhattan apartment today causing the building to partially collapse.  Police and Fire officials are on the scene in E. Harlem at 116th Street and Park Avenue, and video from the scene is astounding.

The six-story apartment complex is billowing with smoke and appears as though its upper floors have caved in, as shown in this video courtesy of WABC-TV in New York.
