According to a press statement, all Hard Rock Team Members (including full-time, part-time, on-call and salaried employees earning less than $50,000.00 annually) can pick up another $100 ShopRite gift card on May 21 beginning at 10 a.m. at Hard Rock Atlantic City.

According to Nikki Balles, Director of Public Relations and Community Affairs for Hard Rock Atlantic City, it's a $600,000 total commitment by The Seminole Tribe of Florida, Chairman of Hard Rock International Jim Allen, Jack Morris, CEO of Seminole Gaming, and Joe and Michael Jingoli.

With no timeline yet for a Hard Rock reopening, the casino says commitment to their employees and their families is top priority during this unprecedented time amid coronavirus.
It's been so difficult to see Atlantic City go dark due to a pandemic, especially as we approach the summer months. The Hard Rock motto 'Love One, Serve All' certain comes through with initiatives like helping their furloughed employees put food on the table.
Some Atlantic City casinos have reportedly begun taking reservations for June 1st and beyond.

And when a reopen DOES happen, casinos will look a lot different on the inside. Guests and employees will be asked to wear masks, there will be contactless check-in for the hotel, and there will likely be plexiglass partitions between dealers and players at the tables.
