Emergency Closure of Major Road Could Cause Some Headaches

A downed pole and some emergency utility repairs could cause a few headaches today.

If you're heading to the 2015 'Thunder Over The Boardwalk' Air Show, you already know you'll be stuck in traffic.

However, it's not uncommon to be stuck in traffic on Fire Road in Egg Harbor Township.  The traffic will certainly be building up as Fire Road will indeed be closed in both directions between Doughty Road and Washington Avenue starting at 11:30AM today.  (Shore News Today)

If you're heading that way, seek an alternate route.  The road will closed until further notice.
